The very efficient Loto effect is obtain thank you to the improvement during the production phase of the PIZ panels based on nano technology developed inside the factory lab, the advantage is a huge increase of the contact angle between water and panel surface now around 140° (higher superficial contact energy ), basically we have a very high super hydrophobic surface dramatically reducing the water capillarity absorption to less than 50% of the originally good one, again thank you to the high alkaline surface PH around 14 the growth of molds or micro organism is stopped, all this features improve a lot the durability of the façade aesthetical with longer period in between façade cleaning and so less maintenance cost, in few words high grade of façade self cleaning.
In September 2013 was successfully completed the installation of the supply of the PIZ Cladding System. The installation of the structure that encloses the incinerator of Parma was performed in record time (about two months) with considerable satisfaction from our client Coop Cesi and designers
Great success of visitors from all over the world to the PIZ Cladding System stand at Batimat fair in Paris in 2013. There has been much interest in ePIZ cladding system. ePIZ combines arcbitectural facade design, thermal insulation, sound isolation, energy power production through a photovoltaic effect. The anodised aluminium support rails are available in black or silver (also available on demand in RAL colours), or similar piz colors. p>
The screw or expansion fixings are determined at design stage according to support surface. Panels are available in standard sizes (see table) with a +/- 20 mm variation
